Beating The Daily Blahs and Emotional Ups and Downs

Are pills the answer to the problems of life? Are prescription drugs the solution to each persons everyday troubles and emotional strains? Is the Doctor going to tell you the real answer to that question? Probably not. Why do I say that? With all the drugs out there numbing people to reality and life's circumstances, are the people who are taking these products able to come to a point where they no longer need the drugs anymore, and can cope with life? Some, yes, but more and more are not.

What we need to do is start dealing with the reason behind the symptoms and get to the problem core. For many, the emotional ups and downs may be caused by poor nutrition. For some it may be hormonal, and often enough, caused by thyroid abnormalities. For many, it may be dealing with substantially difficult situations in life, and when the really difficult times come, we are going to have to work on keeping it together. During these times, don't make excuses for your actions, recognize them and take steps to change the situation. Figure out what it was that set you off. Often it may be as simple as keeping a journal and writing down what happened, what was the result, your feelings on the episode, and finally, what you might do differently next time.

Sometimes we need to take a step back and assess what needs to be changed. If you are in a hurtful relationship, you need to make steps to change that. If you are in an abusive relationship, it is not your fault, unless you choose not to do something about it. Get help Today! Don't stay there! You do not deserve to be mistreated, and that is no way to love anybody! Don't threaten to leave, just get the help you need, and leave! Call your local abuse support hot line for help and information. There are people who have been there too, and who can help you decide what steps you need to take.

Sometimes it is as simple as finding the right nutritional support to provide your body what it needs to be healthy. For most people, this is probably the case, so before you go to the medical professional for a health damaging product that is going to numb you to your reality and mess with your mind, try nutrition. What is it that your body needs that you are not getting? Univera LifeSciences is working hard to come up with the products that are covering the bases to what our bodies are needing. The nutrition provided in a product called Ageless Xtra is going a long way in relieving peoples high stress emotional reactive situations. This amazing product was created to do four things: promote vital energy, support mental clarity and focus, help manage stress, and promote joint comfort and flexibility. This product may go a long way in helping you deal with stressful situations and improving your overall health condition.

Other ways to work at improving your situation include: getting sufficient rest without overdoing it, eating healthy foods without a lot of high sugar, high fat content, proper hydration without overuse of caffeinated products, regular exercise, a right relationship with God, doing good for others, and taking your mind off your circumstances and instead thinking of others. Of course, prayer is still answered these days too!

Check out the products produced by Univera LifeSciences, which are making a difference in many people's lives, including mine, at www.univerahealthylife.com or http://tamling-seffroode.agelesscatalog.com while you're there, check out how the business opportunity can make a difference in your financial situation as well.

If you are having serious emotional turmoil and difficulties, then by all means, get professional help, but ask what you can do to change the problem, before you agree to any type of prescribed medication. If the doctor insists, you may want to get a second opinion. Use care, because those medications that are being prescribed are not as wonderful and beneficial to your health as they make them sound. Remember, the #2 Killer in the USA is doctor prescribed medication, and just because the doctor is willing to write out the prescription doesn't mean that it is safe or healthy.

When Your Health Is Most Important

Is there anything more important to you than seeing to the needs of your physical body? I believe the only thing more important is seeing to the needs of your spiritual body and health. Your spiritual health has much to do with your physical health though, and in the bigger picture has eternal significance, for your physical body will one day pass away and how you have taken care of the spiritual body will decide how you spend eternity. I see this as the ultimate in importance, but for right now we will focus on the physical side of things.

What determines our current state of physical health? There are many determining factors that affect our current state of health, however, only 35% of how we age is determined by our genetics. So 65% of our aging experience is up to us, and is something we do have some control over. So what are ways we can help ourselves to experience a better overall health and aging experience?

One of the biggest ways is by putting in our body the key building blocks and nutrients it needs to be healthy. This is very difficult sometimes, considering the foods we are putting in our bodies (McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell, etc.). The American Center For Cancer and Research Institute recommends we get at least 9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day! Do you get that many? No? Well, don't feel bad, most of the people in our nation don't either. Even for those who do, they are probably not as nutritious as we would like them to be, or as we need them to be, and they are probably loaded down with hidden pollutants, like pesticides and herbicides. Most of our average farmland is not organic, and the products produced by those which are organic are often priced beyond the average persons budget.

So, what can we do? Sometimes you have to be creative, and look a little harder, but did you know that you can get 10 servings of fruits and vegetables for as little as $1.50? You don't know where? Univera LifeSciences has a product that provides the equivalent of 10+ servings of fruits and vegetables per serving at the approximate cost of $1.50 per serving. The antioxidants in this product is a whopping 4,500 ORAC value per serving. This product has several years of science and testing and has been proven to provide huge health benefits for any person using it daily. They recommend for optimal protection, you take 2 servings a day, but even if you just take one serving, you are getting additional protection against free-radical damage that is caused daily to our cells.

So, how hard is it for you now to get 10- 20 servings of fruits and vegetables a day? Of course, these aren't the only things we need to do, if we care about our physical health. Other beneficial things include proper hydration, physical exercise, weight training and stretching exercises, and eating nutritious meals without overeating, adequate rest, and reduction of stress. Univera's Ageless Xtra product was created to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, improve energy levels, and improve joint comfort and flexibility. So, Next time you are looking to make physical health improvements, check out how Univera LifeSciences can benefit you!

Should We Trust Our Doctor's Judgement?

We all know the importance of doctors. I have had some of the best doctors in medicine on my side, and I am so thankful for their expertise! However, sometimes we forget, they are working for us, and they are human and do not know all things. Humans err. We should be very concerned when the doctor prescribes us another medication.
Why? Because, doctor prescribed medications are now the #2 killer in our nation. Not only are doctors prescribing medications on top of more medications without looking at possible reactions with other drugs, and maybe not even knowing or understanding the possible effects, but they are also prescribing medications that are by themselves very harmful to the human body and the side effects may in fact be worse than the condition they are trying to improve.
I have had that experience a couple times. I was put on Paxil for migraines, and put on a cancer causing cream for eczema and psoriasis, when I went to have 2 moles biopsied to prevent possible skin cancer. Do I trust doctors? Well, Not All Of Them, and you should not either.
What needs to happen to wake people up to the health crisis in our nation? Do more people need to die? Do more people need to be diagnosed with conditions that were created by the very medications prescribed by those who are supposed to be helping us become healthy?
Maybe you need to answer those questions for yourself.
I think we need to go back to the nutrition we are putting in our bodies. I think we need to go back to natural remedies, and when something like Aloe can be used to effectively improve a gastrointestinal problem, or decrease the risk of cancer, then shouldn't we turn to the benefits it has to offer, rather than turning to the doctor who makes money only if we are sick?
I think we need to ask more questions of our doctors and we need to be better informed, looking into what types of natural products can help us, before we get to the point of needing the doctor.
There are companies like Univera LifeSciences out there who are helping people experience optimal health condition.
Maybe the time is now, before illness strikes, that we need to look into these type of companies and see what kind of health response our bodies will receive from their products.
I saw a news broadcast the other night that addressed concern that we may be outsourcing our medical field. We are one of the leading nations in the world, and yet we no longer see the benefit in the medical field for natural medicines and cures. As I watch the numbers of deaths that our occurring in people under 60, I am concerned. I am concerned that our average life expectancy is no better than that of Iran. I am concerned about the current state of our nations health and health care system. Aren't you?
